Hello everyone! I'd like to share a SaaS app I've been working on, a direct integration for Chatwoot that I think will be really useful for many of you. Link to the app: https://chatbot.thinkcloud.dev/
What it is: This is a rule-based menu builder specifically designed for Chatwoot. It allows you to create customizable menu-driven chatbots that can handle initial user queries. The key feature is its seamless, rule-based handoff to a human agent, ensuring that complex or unresolved chats get the personal attention they need. How it works: The app is a direct integration with your Chatwoot instance. Once a user triggers a conversation, the bot takes over and guides them through a series of predefined menu options. If at any point the user requests to speak to a human or the bot can't find a rule to match their query, the chat is automatically routed to a live agent in your Chatwoot inbox.
