API Channel Outgoing Messages (type 1) Display on Left in Chatwoot V4 UI; Breaking Conversations with sender_type: Agent

Hello Team,

I'm encountering an issue with message alignment in the Chatwoot V4 UI for an API channel.

1. Problem Description: Messages sent by my instance via the API channel consistently appear on the left side of the conversation, instead of the right.
2. Database Inspection (public.messages table):
   • For these messages, message_type is 1 (outgoing).
   • However, sender_type is recorded as User (e.g., sender_id: 6, sender_type: User).
3. Attempted Solution: I modified the API payload to send sender_type: Agent.
4. Result of Attempt: This completely prevented conversations from loading in the UI.
5. Important Context: This issue does not occur when the Chatwoot V4 layout is not enabled in the Super Admin console. It only happens after activating V4.
6. Chatwoot Version: I am running Chatwoot v4.4.0.

I would appreciate guidance on the correct approach to ensure messages sent by my instance through an API channel (message_type: 1) are displayed on the right side of the conversation in the Chatwoot V4 interface.

Oi! Descobri o motivo disso.
Na versão v4, o comportamento é o seguinte: todas as mensagens enviadas por outros agentes aparecem do lado esquerdo, enquanto apenas as mensagens do seu próprio agente ficam do lado direito.

Ou seja, o cliente e os outros agentes parceiros aparecem à esquerda, e as suas mensagens ficam à direita.
Para alterar esse comportamento, seria necessário ajustar diretamente na interface (UI). Pelo menos foi o que consegui confirmar até agora — e aceitei como o funcionamento padrão dessa versão.
