Feature: Help Center Articles Advanced Formatting

Hey!

I have used a few other major support systems in the past years and am moving to Chatwoot. I really love the product, so I wanted to add some suggestions for the bigger gaps I see missing between the platforms.

One of the bigger gaps I noticed was the lack of advanced formatting in the help center articles. The big ones for me would be collapsible sections and call-out boxes. (call-out boxes are the colored, emphasized blocks of text; usually, there are levels like info, warning, note, critical, etc).

I second this! Big formatting gaps - I can't even center justify text in an article, or get the system to retain an inserted line break (it just removes it even if I add <br>).

Would be amazing to have collapsible sections, call-out boxes, or in-line buttons to bring it to parity.

I accidentally copied quote from chatgpt and it was pasted into editor and saved/preserved.
BUT. It looked nice in editor and awful in the article.

The syntax is to use symbol ">" in the beginning of the line.

I wish we could add arbitrary css to help center 😭
