General Liquidity Pool

Is it possible to have a general liquidty pool at terra classic chain just like open book at solana

One could argue that the constant product already provides two infinitely large liquidity pools, however I am not sure the problem here is the code we write to support something like the open book feature, but rather that we have no volume/liquidity to really sustain such pools?
