Handling environment installation

Hello all!

I am using pixi for managing the project environment. Similar to several tools, pixi generates a package lockfile on install.

Within a copier template it seems reasonable to include the lockfile generation in tasks.

This operation, however, is resource-intense, and it shouldn't run when one is running copier update.

Do you have any advice on how to achieve that?
