Introducing Datum Domains

Overview

Helps people and companies move their list of domains out of “that spreadsheet” and into a system properly made for teams and usability. You can manage all of your domains regardless of where they are registered or where DNS is hosted. Domains become available as programmatic resources to be leveraged at Datum and elsewhere.

This initial scope helps users add their domains and interact with core attributes:

1. Bulk Add – Add domains via the portal (copy/paste, CSV upload) or API
2. Clear UI - Provide fast search, filter, and sort features including pagination
3. Verification – Provide optional domain verification to activate a domain as a Datum resource
4. View domain resource details: e.g. Registrar; DNS provider; Datum services status (DNS, Proxy “hostnames"); Registration status; RDAP / WHOIS info.
5. Audit Log – Track and expose all events (add/remove, DNS status linked/unlinked, etc).

Future releases will include the ability to register or transfer domains. Stay tuned!
