Quotes missing form DDL for default String value

DBeaver version: 25.0.1

CREATE TABLE types (
	code char(15) NOT NULL,
	rtype char(15) NOT NULL,
	sernum serial NOT NULL,
	rtypedesc char(25),
	countrycode char(15) DEFAULT 'US',
	PRIMARY KEY (code,rtype,sernum)
);

that appears in the table's DDL tab as:

CREATE TABLE records:uqed.ncicmvregtypes (
	statecode char(15) NOT NULL,
	regtype char(15) NOT NULL,
	sernum serial NOT NULL,
	regtypedesc char(25),
	countrycode char(15) DEFAULT US                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             ,
	PRIMARY KEY (statecode,regtype,sernum) CONSTRAINT u2315_15734
);

The single quotes are missing. All the characters for the field are there, but the quotes are missing. If I run dbschema on it the quotes are there.

1. Database: Informix 12.10 and the JDBC drivers downloaded automatically.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new table with a default character value for a column such as:

CREATE TABLE types (
	code char(15) NOT NULL,
	rtype char(15) NOT NULL,
	sernum serial NOT NULL,
	rtypedesc char(25),
	countrycode char(15) DEFAULT 'US',
	PRIMARY KEY (code,rtype,sernum)
);

2. Examine the DDL tab under the Table's Properties tab. The quotes will be missing.

Sorry. I got busy. No problems using the table. I suspect that it is just this view of it.

@jmccay-work This is not something the Dbeaver generates. It is from the database.
