Can't run DBeaver source code on macOS

Description

I’m currently unable to run the DBeaver source code on macOS.
I followed all the setup steps from the official guide:
Develop in Eclipse

I’ve successfully run the same setup on Windows, but on macOS, I get the following error when launching. And below is the content of the log file:
