Handling additional_hostnames when using git worktree flow

I'm leveraging Git worktrees and trying to figure out how to handle clashing additional_hostnames entries. We need to have additional_hostnames configured and I wonder if there's a way to make it dynamic based onname. Basically we just need to prepend public- to the DDEV hostname.

No, we currently have no way to control this other than manual overriding in .ddev/config.local.yaml.
