Looking for (co-)maintainers

Honestly, I ran out of energy, bus factor == 1 bothers me, and I want some free time to work on other, new things. Also, apparently, I'm not great at building and maintaining a community around the project.

I'm not ready to give somebody write access everywhere immediately, but eventually it may happen when/if you gain trust.

Ideally, I'd want someone who already maintains a similar GJS app/GNOME Shell extension to join the project. Various parts of the infrastructure (GNOME Shell Vagrant boxes, Docker/Podman images, testing tools, maybe gjs-typelib-installer) can be beneficial for similar projects.

I want to ask @smedir - if you're interested. You maintain an extension of similar size and complexity, and you at least once said that you're using (or, at least, going to use) ddterm as the daily driver.

I would also be very happy to have a co-maintainer for my project, more so to bounce things off, and have another eye on the code.

Yes, I think let's start with code review, probably the best way to get an idea what's going on.

Also, @pesader it seems that you are the person who made the largest number of code contributions. Are you still using ddterm? Can I somehow get you involved in maintaining the project?

Hey, Aleksandr! Sorry that flew completely under my radar, it got burried in my inbox 😅

I haven't been using ddterm that much lately, although I still admire the project and hold it very dear. As of now, I would not be able to fulfill the responsibilities of a co-maintainer, as I'm currently focusing my time and effort in other aspects of my life. Still, I was honored by the invitation. Thank you :)
