Understanding Deepgram’s U.S. Sales Tax Implementation

Effective today, Deepgram will begin collecting Sales Tax across all customers and jurisdictions in the U.S. where required.

This guide covers commonly asked questions but if your question isn’t covered here, please reach out to ConsoleBilling@deepgram.com.

If you see an error like:

err_code:"ASR_PAYMENT_REQUIRED"
err_msg:"Project does not have enough credits for an ASR request and does not have an overage agreement."

An owner of your project will need to go to console.deepgram.com to ensure you have a valid payment method with an address.

All payments going forward will require an address.
