LwDITA plug-in 4.0

New version of the LwDITA plug-in has been released. See 4.0 release notes for details.

• This version optimizes the Markdown parser creation so that if the parser is not reused, processing is about twice as fast as in the previous release.
• Support for SAX Locator has been added, which means DITA-OT will be able to give better error messages with location information when parsing Markdown or MDITA.

This version or future version will be bundled with DITA-OT 4.1, but it will not be bundled in DITA-OT 4.0 patch releases because this is a major release of the plug-in. You can replace the LwDITA plug-in in DITA-OT 4.0 or older by uninstalling the plug-in and reinstalling from plug-in registry.
