Project introduction videos

One of the great ideas from the maintainer-contributor meet-up thread was for maintainers to create videos ahead of time.

This came up in a recent Django Commons admins meeting and @cunla offered to do a trial run. I'm starting this discussion in case others have ideas.

Video structure idea:

1. (15s) Introduce presenter
2. (15s) Introduce project with brief description
3. Demo installing the project in a Django application
4. Demo one to three of the main features of the project
5. Cover the high level architecture of the project
6. Cover main flows of logic
7. [Optionally] Highlight areas of complexity (the "thar be dragons here" part of the project)
8. Questions from viewers (does this fit?)
9. Where does the project need help?
10. Who can help on the project and how can they get started?
11. What would you expect from a person to become a maintainer?

I'd be happy to give recording something like this a whack. I'm a little slammed over the next few weeks but after that 👍

Excellent! That would be great. One of our ideas for Daniel's trial run is that we'd have @ryancheley and myself as audience members to ask questions to help facilitate things. Not sure if that's helpful or not. I'm interested in your opinion though!

Wow. Never did a recording like that, but why not. The idea sounds good, and I will block some time end of March for it. Before that, I am busy with business and family topics.

I need to move django-typer from poetry to uv, but as soon as I get that done I'd like to take a stab at this.
