Chat widget

We can currently define a voice widget to be embedded.
It would be very interesting to be able to add a chat widget. The reason for that is that the chat widget removes fuzzyness and is more accurate. Therefor it can be handy in production to be able to help customers through the same workflow as the voice agent when being used inside a website/system where the voice agent handles telephony calls.

If possible, it could be set up as a "multi-widget", where you can group widgets.
For example:

• Voice widget for agent X
• Chat widget for agent Y
• Voice widget for agent Z
• Chat widget for agent Z
