• Q: should we enable a separate on-boarding of the toolchain independent from the OS (context OS tier levels + AutoSD as a community OS  #2266)
  • We should use pragmatism here: if we have a dedicated use-case that requires this, lets discuss on this baseline. Until then we keep them closely coupled with the OS
