   Valerie: Involve Eclipse and aligne between different stakeholders different communication activites
   Markus: Speak with one voice with all the companies involved
   Leonardo: Getting involved in the S-CORE project. figuring out what the support of RedHat
2. PPT template for All Hands Meeting
   • Start with the Eclipse SDV PPT Template ans intermediate solution
   • Goal: Create an own "Brand Identy" templates for S-CORE
   • Todo. Björn To create the Strawmen, Give an update to the project circle
3. Event Calendar (Create an overview of upcoming events and get an overview who is representing the project where)
   Embedded World Conference, Nürnberg 13.03.: Qorix, ETAS,
   Qorix: Will do communication around the event on their channels.
   We could leverage Eclipse channels again to multiply the message
   Todo: Check upcoming calendars. To create an overview.
   Todo: Create a space where to put it in our Repo
4. Calendar and invitation management for meeting
   • Still challenges. Need to figure out who has access to the Google Calendars and can manage the invitations
5. Communication rules
   • Start work on this topic. First results should be availble in two weeks from today
6. Review of open tasks:
   • Website Update: Johannes will create a PR on Friday and invite to discuss.
