The app-rules-engine container is not running properly #365

Hi Edgex,

My app-rules-engine container has a pipeline that works properly, but after about a week, it stops being able to trigger the pipeline correctly. However, restarting the container restores normal operation. Is there a way to prevent this from happening so that manual restarts of the container are not required?

Did it happen right after you updated the configuration from Consul?
Do you have any idea why "Terminating signal received: terminated" shows up?

I found that there is an issue with the topics in app-rules-engine.
When topics are updated from Consul to app-rules-engine, they only work if they have the edgex prefix, for example: edgex/events/device.... In this case, the pipeline is successfully triggered.

However, once I restart the app-rules-engine container, the behavior changes: topics with the edgex prefix will no longer trigger the pipeline. Instead, only topics without the prefix can successfully trigger the pipeline, for example: events/device....

By design, it should always be with the prefix "/edgex"
If you confirm this is a real bug in v4, please help open an issue on https://github.com/edgexfoundry/app-service-configurable with a proper recreate steps.
