I just paid for the install and wasn't given the link to download. Is there something I'm, missing?

Thanks for your purchase! You’re welcome to re-download the latest version of elementary OS at no cost following these steps:

1. Navigate to our Home Page (http://elementary.io) in your web browser
2. Next to the "Pay What You Want" section, click on "Custom", then enter "0". This will change the blue button from "Purchase" to "Download"
3. Click on the blue "Download" button and you'll see the download popup window, where you can download elementary OS for free

There’s a few different things that could go wrong during a download, so I’ve included a list of possible problems and their solutions. If the download fails again, please give these a try:

• If you have any add-ons or extensions on your web browser that disable JavaScript those will need to be deactivated since our website requires JavaScript to work.
• If you’re unable to start the download, you may need to clear your web browser’s cache. Usually you can do this by holding down the Shift key while clicking the Refresh icon in your browser’s toolbar.
• If the download begins but doesn’t complete, you might want to try downloading using the magnet link and a torrent client like Transmission or uTorrent.
• If you’re downloading from a public location like a school or a library, they may have a firewall that’s preventing the download. You could try using a different network.
