How can I?... Help pls

Good day, Community! I`am glad to use Elementary (8) for about half a year. And I have 3 question that I cannot solve by myself. And they a quite annoying. I will be glad if there anyway to solve them...

1. How can I disable: spontaneous activation of a app-window, for example, on notification? (it`s just hell)
2. Is there anyway to move dock to the left and vertical position on the screen?
3. Is there anyway to stretch the dock to the full length of the screen?

1. Flatpak Telegram, Teams, Whatsie... etc. When receive notification - app-window become force-focused and monitor/cursor switch happens (i have 4 monitors).

Tried to change:
org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences → focus-mode ( click / sloppy / mouse).
org.gnome.mutter → focus-change-on-pointer-rest

I'm just trying to figure out if this is a bug or... intended? And how disable such annoying behaviour. It can`t be a bug just in my system.

Use case. Someone writes to in the (any) messenger. Messenger windows became force-active and drag your focus whatever you doing elsewhere. You know it`s quite crazy, right?
