When you open a shortcut menu (or context menu) that allows you to select options like "Keep in Dock" or "Open New Window," it does not function at all. The menu is available, but it does not open any new window, and the "Keep in Dock" feature does not work for any app. This is my third installation, and every time I do a fresh installation, some new issue shows up.
