Messed up the Dock

Hello,
I tried out multiple themes and now I have a semi transparent an blurred bar above my dock which overlaps with the text behind it. It stretchers from the left corner to the middle of the dock. Now I do not know what is causing that, I assume that one of the installed themes caused that.

I have tried

• removing the gtk-4 .css file which does not do anything.
• resetting the global theme with PantheonTweaks
• Removing all installed themes with the ./install.sh remove script
  • Layan-gtk-theme-2023-05-23/
  • Magnetic-gtk-theme-main/
  • Orchis-theme-2025-04-25/
• Arc Themes (removed them)
  • sudo apt-get install arc-gtk-theme
  • sudo apt-get install arc-theme

How can I resolve that? Can I reinstall the io.elementary.dock?

Are you using multiple monitors, monitor scaling or text scaling?

Yes, my notebook is connected to a lenovo dock and a 4k monitor is connected. And i set up hi dpi scale of 2.
EDIT:
Yes it is the HiDPI scale of 2 which is causing that issue:

When deactivating it, everything is fine.
