Describe the Web Server enhancement

Display entity table on the full page width if log is disabled.
Currently the table is displayed on half the width, the second part is empty (log is disabled), this looks strange at the very least.

Use cases

If the device log is disabled, but when opening the web interface on a computer, the entity information panel will be full-width, which is convenient, and not half-width as it is now.

Do you know that if you click or double click (not sure atm) on "Sensor and Control" or any other Header it will exand it to the full width?

Of course I know, but it's convenient when there's a log, but when there's no log and half the screen is empty, it's not convenient, although this can be solved on the interface side by changing the width limit if there's no log.

Sorry but i thunk i dont understand what you mean.

If logging is enabled in the configuration, then display as is.
If logging is disabled in the configuration, then change the maximum column width from 1024 to the screen width. For my devices, I currently do this:

sed -i "s/1024px/1920px/g" /wwwroot/esphome/v3/www.js

This changes one parameter: (max-width:1920px)

This option works for me both when the log is enabled and when the log is disabled.
