Cards: Re-implement HA/Lovelace cards with LVGL

Describe the component you'd like

Since we have LVGL in esphome it is already possible to build a Gui that matches the cards feature from HA. Doing so requires a lot of skill and large amounts of pretty complex yaml.
I propose to re-mplement the cards feature from the HA/Lovelace web ui in Esphome using LVGL. This would empower Esphome users to build a simple GUI using minimal yaml and GUI skills. Once there is feature parity between this new Esphome implementation and the HA/Lovelace one it would open up the potential for a 100% UI based flow to create an esphome interface that will look and feel familiar to HA users.

What are your use cases for this component?

I could create a ui for my thermostats using yaml like this:
