Describe the enhancement

To provide functionality to perform actions in case UI (HA or Web) sending request for specific state. Even in case state not changed then, but request received.

Use cases

To trigger whatver required actions on ESPHome side when UI (like HA) requests to change switch state, regardless of it's current state and following state change. F.e. if need to restart a running script when state change requsted by UI (HA or Web).

See here my usage of turn_on_action\turn_off_action in Template Switch.
I would liketo use them in same way for any kind of Light - to perform some actions when light.turn_on f.e. called in HA.
