Stop using the wording "Wirelessly" use "Over the Network" instead

Describe the enhancement

I have multiple devices that are using W5500 etherhet. Actually in one place ESPHome does use the correct wording "Over the Vetwork", but in another place it does not "Wirelessly" even though it is ethernet based. So I would go as far as to say it is currently inconsistent.

When you look at logs it feels a bit strange you have to choos "Wirelessly", it would make much more sense to reword this to "Over the Network" as it includes wired based ESP32 devices.

Use cases

Viewing logs for an ethernet ESPHome device doesn't show as "Wirelessly".

I actually says "Via the Network" sorry not "Over the Network".

I can probably create a patch myself if this is what people want.

I have not seen the "Via the Network" option, just wireless.

Yeah I later realised that in all but one place has this already been fixed. The one place it ins't is when following logs. If you click the "Logs" button on an ethernet connected bluetooth proxy it says: * "Wirelessly" - should say "Via the Network" really, like it does in other places * "Plug into this computer" * "Plug into the computer running ESPHome Dashboard" The last two also have a pluralisation issue and should really say "plugged in" rather than "plug in" but that is a bit more minor.
