Read only docker container

Describe your request

Not sure where to write this but the esphome docker container can be run with a read only file system using the following changes in the docker-compose.yml

    read_only: true

    volumes:
      - esphome_cache:/root/.cache
      - platformio:/root/.platformio/
    
    environment:
      - PYTHONPYCACHEPREFIX=/root/.cache/py_caches
     
volumes:
   esphome_cache:
   platformio:

This prevents accidental or malicious takeovers of the container

Why the uncertainty?

It's not really a feature request, just documenting if other people who want or need (depending on the environment a read only fs is enforced) to run esphome as a read only container
