Detailed Progress and Logs when flashing via Serial

Describe the enhancement

When flashing/installing wirelessly, a nice console window is opened, showing the detailed compilation progress, upload progress and automatically connects to Log view after upload.

However, when doing installation via Serial, not compilation progress/details are shown (just the "Preparing" message), ending in a simple success message after upload.

Why can't the serial installer also open the compilation console and connect to log output automatically ?

Use cases

Since there is no progress shown, I always pre-compile new firmware using the WIRELESS option, knowing installation will fail on a fresh device without ESPHome installed. After compilation, I then use the Serial flasher to install because then the "Preparing" timeframe is short. After installation I still have to start the Serial Log output manually and also have to re-select the Serial device which is inconvenient.
