Build log for Plugged in option

Describe the enhancement

When I change my config and press Install -> Plugged in to this computer I get this spinner with Preparing installation, no further information, no log, no console messages, nothing.

When I press wirelessly I get a nice screen showing me what is happening, and why it is taking so long. I want the same screen in both cases because it helps diagnose problems. And the screen is already built.

Use cases

This would greatly improve diagnosing build problems, or people waiting for preparing install.
