Describe the enhancement

The cover component has two triggers on_open and on_closed. The first is badly named, it fires when the cover completes an open, thus should be on_opened. These triggers also only fire if the cover is fully open or closed.

New triggers are needed:

• on_opening - when the cover starts an open operation
• on_closing - when the cover starts a close operation
• on_idle - when the cover stops, in any position

The on_open trigger should be renamed to on_opened and the old name deprecated.

Use cases

Automations based on cover operations need appropriate triggers to initiate actions, e.g. to start an auto-close timeout whenever the cover stops in a position other than fully closed.

This requires the on_idle trigger.
