Describe the enhancement

Right now there is no way to send the current state to the device (without a change of the actual state).

I want to send the current state periodically (as an action?) so that I can ensure that the device has the current state because it might happened that the last signal was not received due to walking people etc.

I know that there are devices out there which will beep whenever this happens but in my case my device has no more beepers.

Use cases

It will make the component more reliable.
