Describe the protocol enhancement

I'm working on a project with an esp32c6 controller that connects to zigbee network. I ran into the limitation of not being able to define a failsafe Wifi AP and a Zigbee network on the same device. I think I understand why this design decision was made, but I'd like to bring up a counterpoint.

Use cases

It would be useful to have a dignostics interface captive portal to check device logs and troubleshoot issues in case the Zigbee connection breaks down for some reason. My intention was to never run the two networks at the same time, the Wifi AP would start if Zigbee connection couldn't be established for a set amount of time, and deactivate periodically to try to reconnect to the Zigbee mesh.

Anything else?

Is there any way to override this setting in Esphome?
