Endless Bootloop

My. Bangle.js 2 is booting all the time changing between Bootscreen with 'Watchdog' written at the top left saying 'Booting...' after a while, then showing startscreen with MAC adress und starting with bootscreen again.
Pressing the Button long,short, in pulses has absolutely no effect.
When catching the right time window I can shortly connect to the watch but the time till getting disconnected is to short to do anything helpfull.
It feels like the button sticks on pressed contact.
After watch battery is empty the bootloop stopps,only to start again when getting charged a little bit.

Any idea what could help?

I'm pretty sure this is the problem. Can you still feel a physical 'click' when pressing the button?

Maybe try 'massaging' the button - pressing it in and round and round a bit, and see if that loosens it?

Thanks a lot for your help. Physical click is as if everything was ok and
I have already tried massaging as you described.
Is there any chance to open the case without damaging anything?

Ok, thanks. You can get into them, but it's very much like opening an iPhone. You need to heat up the display (but not too much or it breaks the LCD!) then pull it off with a suction cup. I'm afraid it's not a desperately easy DIY job.

I'll ask Christine to sort out a replacement for you.

You're right. That doesn't sound as I could open it myself without damage.
