Posted at 2022-06-08 by @halemmerich The Bangle 2 can only display 8 colors without dithering. With dithering you can get a bit better results if you filter the image before converting it. I tried just sharpening the image a lot, which seems to have helped to make it at least readable. But especially for tiny text you are probably better off drawing the text using the Attachments: Posted at 2022-06-09 by rigrig The original image is 120x180, but the Bangle.js 2 only has a 176x176 screen, are you scaling it down on the watch itself? What are you trying to achieve? As in: are you set on displaying this exact picture, have you (already) got a bunch of similar images to display, or could you draw a new one?

Hello!
I am currently working on a project with Bangle JS 2, however, the image quality is really poor on Bangle JS 2 as I need to convert the image into 3-bit RGB. When I used the emulator for Bangle JS 1 it looks great!
Is there any way I can resolve this? Or is this down to the design of the system and there is nothing that can be done with Bangle JS 2.
I am attaching images in this post.
The second image is that on Bangle JS 2 and the third image is on Bangle JS 1
