What procedure should I follow for making USB serial console work on STM32L496 and STM32F429 discovery boards, both uses B14/B15 pins, and requires USB HS working mode?

Now I have only STM32F429I-DISCO board on hands, and it uses USB FS pins for LCD control and can't be reassigned.
