Forked the BangleApps, stuck on "Getting device info..."

I cloned the repo and successfully built the pages.

I can connect on the official site.

But on the cloned site I cannot connect, the console shows it's connected but it never finishes "Getting device info..."

What happens if you go to My Apps and click Refresh?

Does https://espruino.github.io/BangleApps/ work for you? when you fork you should get an exact copy of that, so if that works, maybe something in your fork ended up out of date somehow?

Yeah, I get the same issue on https://espruino.github.io/BangleApps/ only http://banglejs.com/apps works. I'm on latest firmware

Same here, the development app loader and local installation no longer works. When I downgrade webtools to b03155d it works again.
Firmware 2v25.

Sorry about that - I'm looking into it now.

I didn't see it here because dependabot had done the PR for the new webtools, and I hadn't pulled it locally. Hopefully I'll get a fix in an hour or so

No JSON, just got: "password>\n\r\n Invalid password\r" is 100% because you've enabled password on your Bangle (and I don't think any app loader will work with that) - how did you manage that? I don't think it's an option in settings anywhere.

(password is different to passcode)

I'd try rebooting into the recovery menu by holding the button down for ~10 seconds all through the reboot and until the menu appears. You should be able to connect then.

There's the "Passkey" in settings on the watch, that's the only setting I've used.

A full reboot fixed it, works now. Thanks!

That's a strange one then. Sorry - Passkey is for the Bluetooth passcode. Just a 6 digit number required for Bluetooth LE pairing that you end up having to enter when you connect.

What you saw with password> I'm pretty sure you can only get by calling the E.setPassword function (https://www.espruino.com/Reference#l_E_setPassword). It's a password you have to enter once connected before you can use the REPL - but as far as I can tell none of the built-in apps actually do that so I'm not sure how it would have got called?
