Releases don't include macos assets

I noticed that the releases don't include release assets for macOS. Is there a reason they aren't published there?

Yes, I currently don't own MacOS hardware to build on

May I suggest an automated CICD system via GitHub Actions? I don't know enough about rust builds but jdx/mise has an automated system that builds for multiple OSs and pushes them out via various channels.

If you look through the other workflows, there's many different ones that might be helpful.
