Should we form an Infrastructure WG? The more we spin up, the more we rely on it; currently there's not a team behind it, at least not formally. Ryan's got a lot on his plate already, and what if he wants another vacation someday? This may be more a matter of timing than yes/no, so is it the time?

It was agreed that this was a good idea with a priority given to documentation (build and deploy process) and credentials.

It was decided that @cdils would work with Ben to get this setup.

I can supply a brief info-update on supply chain threat assessment so far; pending review, it's revealed a few things we'll need to address.

@joedolson would like to schedule a working day on the website code and content. He would like to publish the content before wordcamp (but only if it is ready). @joedolson suggested Tuesday the 19th. This was agreeable to participants.
