Data seems incorrect

Firstly, thank you for forking and trying to maintain this project!

Here is my:

Maintainer achievement has wrong star count. Not sure where the 985 stars is even coming from as I don't have any repositories in my personal account or my org (https://github.com/LizardByte) that have 985 stars... I do have a project with 30.6k stars though... any idea how to fix this?

Inspirer achievement has similar issue with wrong fork counts. Not sure if 4 forks is my highest on my personal account (it may be), but it doesn't seem to be taking into account repos in my org that I maintain.

Not sure if this is cause my token is missing some permissions or what. Do you have some idea?

I looked through the workflow, that seems fine. The only thing potentially amiss in the actions logs was that it said it was fetching 100 repos, but you've only got 35, so I think that's fine?
I don't really see anything with 985 stars either, I could probably make a branch with some logs to track that down if you'd like.

I know there's a lot of issues around orgs tokens in the lowlighter repo, so I'm hardly surprised that's it's not picking LizardByte though.

And I'll be honest, I'm not super interested in continuing to work on v3—it's really buggy and bitrotten at this point. I'm more than happy to help you debug, I'll definitely accept PRs, but if fixing this isn't trivial, I'd rather spend my time working on getting v4 through the finish line (if I ever find time to clean it up either lol).
