Problem with E-mail Notifications and User Creation Error

Hello,

I'm experiencing two problems on GlobaLeaks:

1. Email notifications are not being received

• The problem occurs in versions 4.9.9 and 5.0.42.

• Neither the administrator nor the recipients are receiving email notifications.

• The SMTP server is configured correctly, but emails are not being sent or received.

2. Internal Server Error when Creating User

• The error occurs specifically in version 4.9.9.

• When trying to add a new user, I get an “Internal Server Error” error in the administrative interface.

• The problem occurs regardless of the type of user I try to create.
