HTTPS activation (Let's Encrypt)

Hello
I have installed an instance of Globaleaks (v 5.0.69, Database v 68) on an Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS server.
In the "Network" menu I entered the "subdomain-name.domain.ext".

When I click on the "Proceed" button in "automatic configuration" I get the following error message:
"Error!
Error on input validation
Unexpected".

Do you have any idea where the problem might be coming from?

I received an e-mail from my Globaleaks instance at about 8:12 p.m.

so I just have to wait?

Hello,

Do you have that domain and is the platform reachable on that domain on both port 80 and 443?

I suspect due to many failures, letsencrypt may have temporarely banned you.

If you want to pass me the domain name i might check.
