How can I cannot remove an information mask that I applied?

Good afternoon! I am using version 5.70, but I cannot remove an information mask that I applied. I click on view content, I click on save, but the mask is not removed.

I've some questions for you:

• Do you have some screenshot that you can share?
• Have you only masked the information or maybe you have redacted it? Masking is a temporary operation, while redacting is a permanent operation that you can perform after masking.

Good morning! Attached is the screenshot. I only masked the information, I didn't edit anything. When I click to view the masked information it is displayed, but if I click to save, it is not removed/deactivated. Even updating the report, the field remains masked.

Thank you for the feedback and i'm sorry for the delay in noticing it.

To rever the operation you should select the text, cleack desmarcar and then salvar.

Please try to do so and please let me know if it works.
