How to configure the name of a language

How to configure the name of a language, such as displaying "en" as "English"? If this function is not available, can it be added?

Ananke does not modify the language setup. I would assume (not tested), that the value of title in your language setup is shown. As long as you leave the slug ([en]) as is, then the title="The English Language" should be applied.
