可以直接在现有的主题右上角上直接切换。

这需要主题开发者去支持 ，你得联系主题开发者，或者自己有开发能力，根据官方文档提供的i18n使用方式适配

Apex 主题在 https://www.halo.run/store/apps/app-OTFHl/releases/app-release-epjfdf1g 提供了界面的多语言包，但需要注意的是，这仅仅是主题界面的多语言支持（比如上一页，下一页），不涉及任何关于动态内容的多语言支持。这种功能需要 Halo 支持，光靠主题是不行的。

也就是说 Apex，Earth 这些支持多语言包的主题只是可以面向单个语言访客发布固定语言内容。
