Add new blockchain to Hub over the weekend

Goal

Holaplex is looking to make adding a new chain to the Hub normalized blockchain NFT API a weekend task for developer already familiar with the blockchain and our core technology stack (eg rust, graphql, kafka).

Phases

• Document the current processes including rust codegen docs, guides, and template issue list.
• Identify areas of friction or boilerplate.
• Brainstorm solutions for identified issues.
• Milestone created with associated issues to be worked on by Holaplex engineering and any community members.

Configuring a unique rpc endpoint for each blockchain.

Ideas

Provide generic proxy that that has the blockchain pre-configured rpc.internal-apisix.svc.cluster.local/blockchains/{blockchain} blockchains can then assume the rpc target.
