Allow modular YAML from UI

Describe your request

I'd like to be able to add YAML configured devices/helpers/whatever directly from the UI.

Why the uncertainty?

I'm not sure if this counts as integration enhancements or core functionality.

Use cases

Certain features (such as trigger-based template entities) aren't available through the UI (yet?). I know I can create them through the config files but I feel that will get very messy very quickly (unless I were to completely switch to a full YAML config, but I like the UI). Being able to effectively drop in some YAML, while still having the device appear where I expect it to in the UI (in this case the list of helpers) would be useful.
