Make inclusion proces more transparent

Describe the enhancement

When inclusion of a new Z-Wave device does not work, the add on does not provide much info what is going on.
For instance I'm trying the include a Fibaro door sensor 2 (Z-Wave Plus), and it is just not working.
All I got is a UI which seems to be stuck (apart from the security mode selection radio buttons not working properly) and logging which doesn't provide any clue:

Use cases

less frustration when setting up new devices.
No reboot of ZWave or even HA (as in the past this was sometimes needed because inclusion proces didn't seem to work at all untill I restart)
