Energy Dashboard: Pin date selector on top 2025.12.0

Describe the enhancement

Love the updated Energy dashboard in 2025.12.0. The one change I don’t like is that the date selector now stays at the top of the page. In previous releases when you scrolled down on the energy dashboard the date selector would stay at the top.

Use cases

Important UI improvement to make it easier to navigate statistics from day to day without having to scroll back to the top of the page.
