Nabu Casa Alert when contact lost

Sometimes it happens that the power supply in my house drops completely (fuses off): Black out. This means no power in my house.
If I am at home this is not a great thing. But when I'm away a few days I should now the incident, in order to inform a friend to go and correct it. As without power there is no way to send an alert from local home assistant.

Request:
This is where Nabu Casa could help: Send an alert after losing contact to the local system. This could be a SMS, e.mail, Telegram, ...

Use cases

I was away for four weeks. During this time the power failed several times. Until I recognised the problem a few days where passed.
This means the refrigerator warms up, no heating, animals in danger (aquaria), security system no working: no cams, no alerts.
