More specific tab names

Describe the enhancement

When in settings the tab name says setting, fair enough, but could it then report where in setting you are, I often have 2 or 3 tabs open one in automations, on in helpers etc etc, if they could reflect that it would save a a lot of time. Just a thought. Thanks
