Workaround: Have you considered other, and free, options to bring this information in until available natively? For example, the Withings integration? Its app can read/write form Apple Health, and the integration can bring all Withing’s data into HA. |

I’ve been working on an app that syncs Apple Health data to Home Assistant: https://github.com/gregt1993/Health_Bridge |

Describe the feature
The native iOS (iPadOS, macOS) Home Assistant App should gain access to Apple Health Data to provide these information as sensors within the Home Assistant platform.
Use cases
As diabetic I already have a gauge within my Home Assistant dashboard that show my current blood sugar level (third party LibreView). This is extremely helpful for me as well for my wife at home to see if I need my medication or if there's a dangerous high/low level while I am at the office or out of home. Since a diabetic's cure is also alot of movement, more data sources from Apple Health would be very useful to keep/gain a healty lifestyle.
Examples
If the Home Assistant App on iOS could be connected to Apple Health it could provide sensor data like heartrate, blood sugar level, steps/distance or sleep it could provide them to be used in a health-related dashboard so I can see the data on my desk screen as well as my wife at home on the bigger screen that hangs on the wall.
Anything else?
If this needs time or any other kind of ressources you could easily add it as an extra benefit to the Nabu Case subscription for those that actively support Home Assistant development with their monthly payments. People are looking for a better and healthier lifestyle everywhere and especially the diabetics need your assistance - Thank you!
